Cancellation & Refund Policy:
When booking your vehicle, you are required to pay the full hire charge. In the event of a cancellation, this payment is non-refundable.
Should you need to change the date or time of your booking, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to the commencement of the hire to move your booking to a different date / time (subject to availability). In this case, your payment will be transferred to your new date. Amendments to bookings made less than 24 hours prior to the commencement of the hire may incur the loss of your payment. (this decision is made at the discretion of the management).
If you fail to collect your vehicle on the specified collection date, any payments made are non-refundable.
In the event of early return any pre-paid rental charges will not be refunded.
